On the 18th June the QRCC had its Food Licence inspection and we passed with a three star rating.
Top points given to the kitchen and toilets for cleanliness, hygiene.
The only issue was that we have been under the BCC spotlight for allowing unlicensed and untrained
people from outside to use our kitchen the written comments by the inspector on record are:
Premises found to be operating in a satisfactory manner.
No issues required attention.
Please note
Should the kitchen be hired out to independant operators the organisation should ensure that persons using the kitchen have a separate food licence. ( the food licence should be a category of " Off Site Caterer")
Should they be cooking for a function and not have the appropriate training or experience and using the food licence the Russian Community Centre. would be responsible to ensure these people meet the standards required under the Food Act 2006.
Should there being any problems such as food poisoning or injuries the Russian Community Centre would be liable for any non Compliances.
